Oh, come on. You know there have been occasions when you wanted them to disappear – even if just for a few moments.  But, alas, the title is an illusion.  Because this blog is actually about teaching your kids to make you disappear.  Okay, not really.  But maybe they’ll learn how to pull a rabbit out of a hat under the tutelage of master magician Dwayne Stanton at Camp Illusion.

Using everyday, household items, Stanton will turn your sweet moonbeam into a walking Houdini.  It’s no slight of hand – magic really does help build self-confidence, speaking ability, hand-eye coordination and reasoning skills.

Dates/Time: 9 a.m. to 1p .m.  June 29-July 3 and every week thereafter through July 31.  Early and late stay is available.

Camper Ages: Age 8 to 16

Cost: $185 for SA Busy Kids readers (regular price is $195) and that includes lunch, a t-shirt and ten take-home magic tricks. Some scholarships are available.
