Artpace offers free, year-round programs to encourage your kid to engage with the arts. They aim to foster creativity and education through their programs.
The Carver Cultural Center has a variety of options for your kids, enhance their cultural experience this summer with classes every Saturday! Each 8-week session, meeting once a week on Saturdays, is only $45…and your kid could learn to master art, dance, ceramics, drumming, and the whole family can get fit with Zumba classes!
Camps at Guadalupe Cultural Arts run at about $100 per week, with the opportunity for family discounts, so get the whole family active this summer!
If you’ve got kids in 2nd grade and under, the iTEC camps at UTSA are under $100. You can also get discounts for early registration- so now’s the time to check it out!
The San Antonio Academy has endless options for summer. Take a look and you’ll see a large variety of camps that run around $100 and under… (though they are usually aimed towards the younger kiddos).
Many school districts hold camps during the summer, and they can be super affordable. For example, Northeast ISD offers an adventure club camp for K-5 for just $90 a week.
Another great place to find affordable camps is your local faith community. Many vacation bible camps are free or low cost.
