  1. Chick-fil-A! lol

So glad to know about these places. Do you know if they’re “large” family friendly? Enough seating and so forth. I’ve been wanting to try Big’z…so glad to know it made your list! :)

    • Love Chick-fil-A! The one near us has all kinds of special events and free food! Try to get on your nearby Chick-Fil-A’s e-blast list, if they have one, so you know when the events are happening! Most of the places above can handle large families, no problems. Here’s the rundown:

The Cove – has big picnic table-style seating for any size party (indoor and outdoor)

Big’z Burger Joint – has big picnic tables to fit larger parties inside the restaurant. Plus the big party barn and some picnic tables on the patio of that.

Incredible Pizza Company – has four different dining rooms with tables of different sizes to fit absolutely any size family. The challenge will be getting them all in one spot on a busy day!

Momak’s- has picnic tables and you can push tables together to fit big families.

Two Bros – serves food family style and encourages family eating. The indoor booths are standard size, but the picnic tables outside will work for bigger families.

Scenic Loop Cafe – Not so much. But there is an event room, but you have to call in advance to reserve.

Willie’s Icehouse – has variety of different sized tables that can be pushed together.

  2. Check out The Point Park and Eats. New, trendy and above all great for kids and pets too.
Outdoor eating and the new rage Food trucks . Boerne Stage Rd.

    • Oh, that sounds good. Haven’t heard of that before.

  3. I am so happy I stumbled upon your site. I really found you by accident, while I was browsing on Google for something else. Anyways I am here now and would just like to say thank you for a great post and an all round inspiring blog. (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to read through it all at the minute, but I have added your website to my favorites, so when I have time I will be back to read more. Please do keep up the awesome job!

  4. Viola’s Ventanas is a great place for families also. They have live music on weekends, indoor dining, outdoor patio (huge) and children’s playground. It is near Sea World and is one of the Los Barrios family restaurants. It has delicious food and it’s a great place to enjoy a margarita while the kids play. Love, love this restaurant!
