Prize Terms & Conditions
Contests are open to residents of the United States except Debi’s kids. Many will enter. One will win. Contests are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including taxes.
To enter, follow the instructions on the contest. If the contest is being run on Rafflecopter, once you’ve completed a task, go back and click “I Did This” on the Rafflecopter. But note: follow the instructions on the individual post. Anything said on an individual post supersedes the rules stated on this page. No purchase is necessary to win.
Winners are chosen in a variety of ways, based on the contest. Could be whoever gets the most votes, or gets the right answer or it may be a random selection. If the first person chosen doesn’t qualify (the commenter didn’t follow the rules, for example) SABusyKids will select another winner until a qualified winner is found.
No responsibility is assumed for lost or late entries or for misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entry forms. All entries become the property of SA Busy Kids. Winners will be notified by email and will have one week to claim their prize. After one week, the prize will be forfeited and SA Busy Kids reserves the right to award the prize to another winner. Except for the prizes awarded to the winners of the contest, no other compensation in any manner will be paid to the entrant for a submission or for future use of contest entries in any manner.
ALL PRIZES ARE GIVEN “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND SA BUSY KIDS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NEITHER ASSUME NOR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZES. Additional expenses related to winning a prize, including taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner. SA Busy Kids expressly disclaims any responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the acceptance or use of a prize.
By entering the Contest, the winner grants SA Busy Kids the right to display and create derivative works of the winning comment (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
By entering the Contest, entrant is agreeing to abide by all terms, conditions, and rules of the Contest.
Prizes are mailed through the United States postal service to addresses within the continental United States and SA Busy Kids and its sponsors, partners and assigns will not be held responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or other postal-related problems.
