Twyla, my new neighbor, gifted me with a treasure box of math questions collected by her aunt, Shana, over a teaching career of 30 years. I thought it would be a wonderful legacy – not to mention a great resource for teachers and parents – to share them. So I’m starting Shana’s Corner, where each Monday, I’ll post a question from the Blue Filing Box of math problems.
There will be lots of math. And prizes. And fun. And if you find a mistake – you win the granddaddy of all prizes…bragging rights.
